Prices & VAT
All prices are displayed in £’s sterling and exclusive of VAT at 20%. The prices and terms & conditions set out in this website are correct at the time of publishing. On the rare occasion where there is an error with product details or pricing, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. All products are subject to availability.

Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.
Availability
Many products on this website are made to order, we aim to supply goods as detailed on the product pages, however occasionally there may be a delay in procuring certain parts and this may result in a delayed delivery. If this does occur then we will endeavour to advise you as soon as possible about the delay.
Part Delivery / Damaged Goods
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the Seller must be advised within 24 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The Seller will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses incurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
Returns Procedure for Faulty Goods
The Buyer has up to 30 days from receipt of their order to return faulty goods. On return of the faulty goods a replacement will be offered or a full refund including the cost of the basic delivery charge.
Returns Procedure for Unwanted Items
Only Goods that are UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL CONDITION / PACKAGING can be returned.
The Buyer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to inform us that they wish to return the items and a further 14 days in which to do this.
A full refund, including the cost of the basic delivery charge, will be given provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the Seller.
After the statutory returns period has passed, the goods can only be returned with the agreement of the Seller. If agreed, a re-stocking charge will be applied at 25%. It will be the responsibility of the Buyer to return the goods at their cost.
The Seller will not be responsible for shipping damage resulting from inappropriate or insufficient packaging of returned items. Items being returned must be carefully packed to prevent damage in shipment and insured against possible damage or loss.
Goods cannot be returned if they have been specially manufactured or ordered on the customers’ behalf.
Cancellation of Orders
Where cancellation is accepted, the company will charge the customer a 25% restocking and handling charge on the net order value. Under no circumstances will cancellation be accepted for items specially manufactured or ordered on the customers’ behalf.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
